David G Rizik, MD graduated from St. Louis University medical school. He completed his internal medicine residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. General cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship was completed at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Rizik serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at HonorHealth in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is also the Director of Coronary and Structural Intervention at HonorHealth. He is board certified through the ABIM in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology. He is also boarded through the NBPAS in interventional cardiology. A distinguished researcher in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease, he has published more than 100 manuscripts and book chapters. He is a faculty member for the internal medicine and family practice residency programs at HonorHealth. He has been honored by the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions as a master interventionalists (MSCAI). He also is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC).
